Have a question about developing a project in a real-world context? The Shumka Centre hosts regular office hours for students, alumni, faculty and staff: no appointment necessary.
An emerging project of Living Labs, the Shumka Centre for Creative Entrepreneurship fosters the movement of artists and designers into systems and situations where their work and ideas can have the most impact. We are working on prototyping a variety of dynamic, practice-based programs designed to empower, inform, and connect Emily Carr students, alumni, and faculty with a context where their ideas can actualize.
