Khalil Alomar is a queer Lebanese Canadian experimental visual and audio artist with background in Education, currently studying New Media and Sound Art at Emily Carr University. Living on the unceded territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓ əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and Sel̓íl ̓witulh (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations, Alomar has focused his latest work on installations, and sound art that suggest a critique on systemic aggressions, and collages (paper and video) that touch discussions on gender, race, and class.
