We are very pleased to announce the results of our Keeping Patients Safe partnership with Fraser Health. This unprecedented initiative involved co-creation sessions with all levels of Fraser Health staff, a large public co-creation session, and ethnographic probes with hospital patients. The resulting strategy, aims to change the culture of safety in hospitals by providing the tools for patients and care teams to work collaboratively towards improved safety. This ground-breaking campaign includes concepts for a safety briefing video, a tablet based App for patients, and designs for facility-wide interactive smart boards.
