Material Matters of Emily Carr University of Art + Design will be engaging in an eight week collaboration project with the School of Interactive Arts & Technology at Simon Fraser University. A group of varied group of masters, PHD students, and undergraduate students will be working on this project under the project lead of Philip Robbins, Keith Doyle, and Ron Wakkary.
This project will be exploring how digital and analogue processes can come together to create a final product. Some of the components of the project include design for manufacturing, electronics, slip casting, mould making, critical thinking, and 3D modeling.
