Faculty Lead, A&K Robotics: Autonomous People Mover
Scott is an Industrial Designer, and Lecturer and Research Lead at Emily Carr University. He’s also and alumnus of the university’s Industrial Design program, which he completed after a long stint as an automotive technician. Scott is a designer primarily because he always relishes a new design challenge, and a lecturer so he can continuously learn by teaching. Empathy for humans, materials, and machines are the foundation of his approach. When not designing he can usually be found riding his bike.
